What FMIFY is

FMIFY gives a business its own AI customer-service agent, trained on that business's own information. Today it runs on web chat and Telegram. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are planned as direct integrations and are not live yet.

Preview before launch

When you submit your business details, FMIFY creates a private preview agent.
A preview is not a live customer-facing agent. It goes through human review first.
You approve the setup, plan, and channel before anything goes live to your customers.

AI outputs. FMIFY's agents are AI systems. Their responses can be imperfect and should be reviewed before you rely on them for anything important. FMIFY answers from the information you approve and escalates important setup, billing, privacy, or custom requests for human review. FMIFY is a customer-service tool; it does not guarantee any particular revenue, sales, or business results.

Acceptable use

Please don't use FMIFY to:

provide regulated medical, legal, or financial advice to your customers;
submit other people's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis;
deceive, harass, or harm others, or break the law.

FMIFY can decline unsafe or unsupported use cases.

Pricing

Plans are listed on our site as list prices. You're only billed for a plan once you've approved going live and a paid plan is set up. No charge happens during preview.

Your data

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy page. In short: we don't sell your raw business or customer conversation data, and you can request deletion at any time.

We may update these terms as the product grows; we'll post changes here.
