FMIFY (Face Me, I Face You) is operated by Ten30 Studios. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with us. If anything here needs to change for your situation, email hello@getfmify.com.
What we collect
- Your business name and contact email
- Business details you submit: services, prices, hours, policies, and descriptions of what you do
- Chat messages you send to Ada or through the build/onboarding flow
- Technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service (e.g. timestamps, request data, basic logs)
Why we collect it
- To create your private preview agent from the information you submit
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support
- To improve service quality
- To maintain security and audit logs
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:
- Vercel: hosting for our public website and serverless functions
- Anthropic: the AI model provider that generates agent responses
- Telegram: only where you choose to use FMIFY on Telegram
WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are not active integrations today; if and when we add them, we'll update this page before processing data through them.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your raw business or customer conversation data.
- We don't use your private business knowledge to answer for a different business. Each agent answers only from its own information.
Preview agents & human review
A preview agent is private and not customer-facing. Every preview goes through human review before anything goes live to your customers, and you approve the setup, plan, and channel before launch.
Deletion & your choices
You can request deletion of your data at any time: email hello@getfmify.com and we'll remove it. You can also ask what we hold about you.

We'll update this page if our practices change.
